You’ve ordered the perfect candle, now the dreaded ‘order processing and shipment time’ begins… We get it, we hate waiting for our packages to arrive by mail too!

We do our best to ship orders within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. The above processing times do not take into account package transit times. Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS with the shipment option of your choice. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking info once your order has been shipped out.

We meticulously inspect each of our candles during production and packaging of your order. We are unable to accept returns of any used candles.

In the event your candle(s) are damaged in transit, please send us photo proof of damage to: within 7 days of delivery. We’d be happy to send out a replacement or refund for the damaged candle(s). 


Not exactly what you were looking for? You may exchange your unlit candle for another candle of the same size and price within 7 days of delivery. Candle must be returned in unused, resalable condition. You will be responsible for shipping costs on all returned items and the exchanged product.
