You’ve ordered the perfect candle, now the dreaded ‘order processing and shipment time’ begins… We get it, we hate waiting for our packages to arrive by mail too!

We do our best to ship orders within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. (But we try to do sooner the better!) The above processing times does not take into account package transit times. Orders are either via USPS, FedEx or UPS with the shipment option of your choice. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking info once your order has been shipped out!

In a rush? Or trying to get a candle as a last minute gift? Don’t hesitate to reach out to us and we’ll try our best to get your order expedited!



We meticulously inspect each of our candles during production and especially during packaging your orders. We are unfortunately unable to accept returns of any used candles.

In the event your candle(s) are damaged in transit, please send us a photo proof of damage to: within 7 days of delivery. We’d be happy to send out a replacement or refund of the damaged candle(s). 


Not exactly what you were looking for? You may exchange your unlit candle for another candle of the same size and price within 7 days of delivery. Candle must be returned in unused, resalable quality. You will be responsible for shipping costs on all return items and the exchanged product.
